Citrus Energy Boost Smoothie

  • 2 cups greens (spinach, kale, chard) with stems removed
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 oranges (or 5 or 6 clementines), peeled
  • 1 cup frozen chopped pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped mango (frozen or fresh)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  1. Blend the greens and water and oranges until smooth.
  2. Add the pineapple, mango, and chia seeds and blend again.
